final. We do not accept returns, issue monetary refunds, or allow product exchanges
for change of mind, incorrect shade choices, or personal preference.
Once a product has been delivered and accepted, it cannot be returned, exchanged,
or refunded

Delivery Inspection & Immediate Returns

Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage or
issues while the courier is still present, you can reject the package on the spot.
The delivery person will take the item straight back to us at no extra charge.
